When will my order be processed?
Bolinda Publishing Pty Ltd processes your order immediately as our web site
interfaces with our accounting software. The deadline for receiving orders for
guaranteed delivery times for the day after next is 12.00 noon (EST) - Eastern
Standard Time Monday - Friday. Due to shipping deadlines, orders received after
12.00 noon (EST) cannot be sent until the following business day.
If the order is marked as urgent it will be given priority.
Who actually delivers my order?
We use a combination of Australia Post and established courier companies to
send your order to you.
Can I have my products sent to a different address?
Yes! To keep this simple you can assign a different delivery address to your
order when you're at our check out. Alternatively, if you are a trade or
library customer you can do this using your profile along with funding / branch
allocation codes.
What information will I receive about my order?
When you place your order, we'll send you an email or a fax (if email is not
available) to confirm that we've got it and that everything is okay.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until the time it leaves our warehouse.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. FedEx (Federal Express) delivers all items ordered internationally.
