All Published Large Print Books and Audio Books are available direct from Bolinda Publishing Pty Ltd 17 Mohr street, Tullamarine, Victoria, Australia.

Discount

Credit Terms

Personal and / Directors guarantees will be required for all accounts trading as a private company / partnership.
All accounts must be paid 30 days from statement date. Accounts with overdue balances will automatically have credit withdrawn until all outstanding balances are cleared. No further orders will be supplied until the account has been paid.
Extended credit may be applied under special circumstances where specifically authorised.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard.
Bolinda Publishing Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% a month on all overdue accounts.
All goods remain the property of Bolinda Publishing Pty Ltd until paid for.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted within 3 months of invoice date.
All returns must be authorised by the Customer Service department.
All returned product must be in mint condition, readily re-saleable and unstickered ( no retailers stickers).
If returned product is not in mint / re-saleable condition Bolinda Publishing will credit 85% of the total invoice value.

Damages / Misbound / Faulty / Incorrect title

Customers who receive the books in damaged, misbound, faulty / incorrect title are required to contact Customer Service to report damage and for immediate replacement.

Supply of orders

Goods ordered are subject to availability. Bolinda Publishing Pty Ltd will part supply orders where goods are out of stock or not yet published. All goods that are out of stock but will be available at a later date will be recorded and supplied at a later date.
Bolinda Publishing Pty Ltd will endeavour to supply all order within 7 days of receipt.

Order Status Reports are generated from Bolinda Publishing every 4 - 8 weeks. For information about your order please contact us.

Price - RRP

All Price quotes are RRP and Bolinda Publishing Pty Ltd may vary the RRP from time to time without notice. All prices quotes on this web site will include the Australian 'GST' at the time of implementation in July 2000.
Trade customers are not obliged to sell the goods at the RRP.
Prices of products and delivery charges displayed on the web site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability may change from time to time.
