Credit Terms

Personal and / Directors guarantees will be required for all accounts trading as a private company / partnership.
All accounts must be paid 30 days from statement date. Accounts with overdue balances will automatically have credit withdrawn until all outstanding balances are cleared. No further orders will be supplied until the account has been paid.
Extended credit may be applied under special circumstances where specifically authorised.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard.
Bolinda reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% a month on all overdue accounts.
All goods remain the property of Bolinda until paid for.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted within 3 months of invoice date.
All returns must be authorised.
All returned product must be in mint condition, readily re-saleable and unstickered ( no retailers stickers).
If returned product is not in mint / re-saleable condition Bolinda will credit only 85% of the total invoice value.

Damages / Misbound / Faulty / Incorrect title

Call us for an immediate replacement.

Supply of orders

Goods ordered are subject to availability. Bolinda will part supply orders where goods are out of stock or not yet published. All goods that are out of stock but will be available at a later date will be recorded and supplied at a later date.

Price - RRP

All Price quotes are RRP and Bolinda may vary the RRP from time to time without notice.

VAT

Value Added Tax (or a Goods and Services equivalent) is charged to the customer unless the customer supplied an appropriate certificate exempting the payment of such Tax.
